Shipping policy

This policy applies to orders placed in France, the United States, and Spain. It aims to clarify our shipping policy and procedures. Please read it carefully before placing an order in our store.

Shipping, processing, and order times

  • Final order time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00)
  • Order processing time is  1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Generally, deliveries take between  5 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping fees: Free delivery.

Order cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please send us an email to cancel your order. Once orders are shipped, they can no longer be modified.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be created once your order is shipped. Please provide a specific email address to track your order. Click here to track your package.

Change of address/phone number

If you wish to change the phone number or address provided during the order, contact us as soon as possible before shipping. Once the order is sent, we can no longer modify this information. In this case, you will need to request a reshipment and place a new order.

Order tracking issues

If you experience problems with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us for an estimated delivery time.
