You have 14 days to change your mind about your order, without having to justify yourself or pay any penalties. This period starts from the day you receive the last item of your order.

How does it work?

• Your order has not yet been shipped? Fill out the form below (or write to us at support@marlovale.com). We will cancel your order and refund you — you do not need to return anything.
• You have already received your order? Fill out the form, then return the items to us within 14 days. Upon receipt, we will refund you.

In both cases, you will immediately receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.

Refund
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery fees, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned items, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Items must be returned new, unworn, and with their tags.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, nor to sealed items for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., jewelry, underwear, swimwear).
