Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with our return policy, you have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unworn, and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Please note that purchases made using a gift card or store credit are not eligible for returns or refunds.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@marlovale.com and include your order number.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We do not apply any restocking fees.

Condition of returned items

Only new items are eligible for return.

If an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately upon receipt.

If the customer chooses a refund instead of a replacement for a damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is due to an order error, incorrect size, or change of mind, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to get the desired item is to return your initial purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days after approval.
